This License Agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and SVG.net (“Licensor”). By downloading or purchasing any SVG.net digital file (“Content”), you agree to the following terms.
- Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do)
You may use SVG.net designs to create unlimited physical products for personal use or for sale.
Examples include but are not limited to:
- T-shirts
- Mugs
- Tumblers
- Stickers
- Tote bags
- Signs
- Home decor
- Other printed or manufactured products
You may sell physical products made with the designs on platforms such as:
- Etsy
- Shopify
- Amazon
- eBay
- Your own website
- Print-on-Demand services including Printify, Printful, Amazon Merch, Redbubble, Zazzle, and similar platforms
You may:
- Resize the design
- Recolor the design
- Modify the design
- Combine the design with other graphics
There is no limit on the number of physical products you may sell using the design.
- Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do)
You may NOT:
- Resell, share, or redistribute the digital SVG, PNG, or other file formats
- Sell the design as a digital download
- Upload the file to stock websites, SVG marketplaces, or free download websites
- Include the design in digital products such as clipart packs, templates, or design bundles, where the original file can be extracted
- Allow others to download or extract the original digital file
- Claim the design as your own work
- Register the design as a trademark, logo, or service mark
The digital file itself may never be sold, shared, or distributed in any form.
- Platform & Tool Restrictions:
SVG.net designs may not be uploaded to platforms or tools where the original file can be extracted, reused, or redistributed by others.
Examples include design platforms, template systems, or similar services that allow users to download the original file.
- Ownership:
All designs remain the intellectual property of SVG.net.
Purchasing or downloading a design grants you a license to use the design, but ownership of the design remains with SVG.net.
- Attribution:
Attribution is not required.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Restrictions:
SVG.net designs may not be used for:
- Training artificial intelligence systems
- Machine learning datasets
- Generative AI models
- Automated design training systems
Uploading SVG.net designs to platforms that use uploaded content to train AI systems is strictly prohibited.
- Liability:
All designs are provided “as-is”.
SVG.net is not responsible for trademark conflicts that may occur when designs are used on products or within specific industries.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the designs complies with all applicable laws and trademark regulations.
- License Termination:
This license will automatically terminate if any of the terms are violated.
Upon termination, all use of the design must immediately stop, and all copies of the digital files must be deleted.
- General Terms:
Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Licenses apply only to the original purchaser.
SVG.net reserves the right to update license terms when necessary.
